Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you will be charged the full monthly price for 30 days. When downgrading or cancelling, your current plan stays active until the end of your paid period.

How does billing work?

We bill monthly (30-day periods). All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade, any extra cards beyond your new plan's limit will be deactivated but not removed. You can reactivate them at any time by upgrading again.

Can I try before I buy?

The Free plan gives you a fully functional digital card with QR, NFC, and basic analytics at no cost. When you're ready for more cards and unlimited leads, upgrade to Pro or Business from your dashboard.

Do you offer refunds?

New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first purchase. Email support@cardflow.cloud and we'll process it promptly. After 7 days, you can cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of your billing period.

Can I export my leads and data?

Business plan users can export leads in CSV and JSON formats at any time. Pro users can request a data export by contacting support. Your data always belongs to you.
